Victoria Arduino Eagle One, built on the platform of the official World Barista Championship espresso machine, is ideal for those wanting unprecedented performance with reduced power consumption and a lower environmental impact.
The design of the Eagle One was inspired not only by Arduino’s impressive history, but also by its focus on efficiency and sustainability, in a beautiful, compact, and minimalist design.
“NEO” engineering (New Engine Optimization) utilizes an instant heating system for each insulated boiler, that reduces heat dispersion and energy consumption. The brew groups heat only the necessary amount of water for each extraction, while TERS (Temperature Energy Recovery System), a new patent-pending technology, uses the discharged hot water to pre-heat the incoming cold water, saving 8% on total machine consumption. So productivity and performance remain high, while the LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) demonstrated that Eagle One had 35% savings in consumption and a 23% less environmental impact.
Eagle One has a high resolution LCD Touchscreen that displays all current settings (including water connection), and allows the Barista to easily control everything: from recipes & Bluetooth, espresso shot volumes & brew temperatures, to service & maintenance features. Each group has a blacked-out “Ghost Display” that counting the shot time and reminding the Barista to dump the spent puck.
The machine connects via Bluetooth to the new MY VICTORIA ARDUINO APP, allowing the user to create and share information and coffee profiles with other “Eagle-oners.” For instance, a Roaster can share profiles for their various beans with customers who also use the App; Baristas can program MyCoffee recipes, and track & modify settings without interrupting workflow; or multi-location operators can remotely view, manage, and duplicate the detailed settings of one or more machines.
The machine delivers the most powerful steam with one-touch controls & cool-touch wands, steam tips ideal for micro-foaming, and features automatic back-flushing, adjustable hot water temperature & pump pressure, and so much more. Eagle One comes in a Matte Black, Pearl White or Steelux (chrome) finish, with matching grinders available, or can be ordered with custom colours.

STEAM WAND OPTIONS
The Eagle One can be purchased with an automatic steam wand with 2 individual settings (additional charge applies), replacing one traditional steam wand.
The EasyCream Automatic Micro-Foaming System changes the way the Electronic Steam Controls operate. Once pressed (up or down), the modified wand steams in a unique angular direction while monitoring the temperature with an integrated probe, so it knows:
- when to start & stop injecting air for perfect microfoam,
- and when to stop steaming, to standardize milk temperature across all users.
EasyCream requires no input from the barista to perfectly texture the milk; the barista simply places the wand in the pitcher of cold milk and when it reaches the desired (programmed) temperature the steam automatically turns off, leading to a consistent drink, regardless of the skill-level of the barista.
And the EasyCream Steam Wand can be programmed with 2 completely different settings (e.g. one setting could create foamier milk at a lower temperature and the other a creamier & hotter milk), and is activated by pressing up or down on the Electronic Steam Control.
