The thermo-compensated brew group (which ensures consistent quality espresso shots across all Nuova Simonelli products) adds an electronically controlled boiler temperature (via PID) to better manage temperature stability to its classic heat exchanger system, while an integrated bypass (OPV valve) maintains optimal brew pressure.
