Mignon Zero

The Eureka Mignon Zero Espresso Grinder is an ideal single dose espresso or regular brew coffee grinder that features near-zero retention and fast grind times. Micrometric stepless grind adjustment allows the user to dial in to find the perfect setting for any brew method, plus the included portafilter prongs fit perfectly with the Eureka dosing cup or adjust to grind directly into your portafilter or container.

Equipped with 55mm flat burrs made of hardened steel, this single dose grinder also features a 45g bean hopper designed to hold a single dose of coffee beans. The detachable and included blowout accessory ensures a more accurate dose and makes clean up a breeze.

Espresso grind times range between 1.2g and 1.8g per second and 1.9g to 2.5g per second for coarser brew methods like French Press. With the Zero's high level of dose consistency, you will never have to sacrifice functionality for speed.
