Machine
Description
Victoria Arduino E1 Prima and Prima EXP, are the 1-group versions of the new Eagle One. Built on the platform of the official World Barista Championship “T3” espresso machines, it is ideal for those wanting unprecedented performance with reduced power consumption and a lower environmental impact, for residential, office, coffee roasters, or very light commercial use.
The design of the Prima was inspired not only by Arduino’s impressive history, but also by its focus on efficiency and sustainability, in a beautiful, compact, and minimalist design.
“NEO” engineering (New Engine Optimization) utilizes instant warming tech and smaller dual insulated boilers – this means quicker heating and lower energy consumption. Program your extraction temperature to 1/10th of a degree, and the brew group automatically matches that for absolute temperature stability.
The new Prima EXP version adds the game-changing PureBrew technology, a three-phase extraction methods that allows you to brew rich, aromatic filter coffee and tea, in a new patented conical double mesh portafilter basket. Simply swap out the standard portafilter for the PureBrew filter and customize your brew settings to experience every coffee bean’s unique story, from flavour profile to region.
The brew group has a blacked-out “Ghost Display” that reads the coffee boiler temperature, your espresso shot time, and messages/alerts. The 3 buttons manage your espresso shot dosing, and are used for basic programming of brew temperature + volumetric dosing, and to initiate the automatic backflushing cycle.
You can unleash the full potential of your Prima via the new Victoria Arduino E1 Prima App. Easily control dozens of parameters: on/off times, recipes, espresso shot volumes & brew temperatures (with greater accuracy), PureBrew parameters (EXP version), service & maintenance features, and more.
You can also create and share information & coffee profiles with other Prima or Prima EXP owners; or Roasters can share profiles for their various beans with customers who also use the App.
The machine can deliver the most powerful 2.3 Bar steam pressure (vs. standard 1.2 Bar) with one-touch controls & cool-touch wands, and steam tips ideal for micro-foaming. It’s also equipped with automatic back-flushing, adjustable tea water temperature & pump pressure, plus much more.
E1 Prima comes in a Matte Black, Pearl White or Steelux (chrome) finish. The Prima EXP is available in these classic finishes, in addition to Metallic Lavender, Blue Pearl, Roman Coin, and Sparkling Coral.
Some finishes can be ordered with matching Atom-65 high-performance grinders, and either Prima model can be ordered with custom colours.

STEAM WAND OPTIONS
The Eagle One can be purchased with an automatic steam wand with 2 individual settings (additional charge applies), replacing the traditional steam wand.
The EasyCream Automatic Micro-Foaming System changes the way the Electronic Steam Controls operate. Once pressed (up or down), the modified wand steams in a unique angular direction while monitoring the temperature with an integrated probe, so it knows:
- when to start & stop injecting air for perfect microfoam,
- and when to stop steaming, to standardize milk temperature across all users.
EasyCream requires no input from the barista to perfectly texture the milk; the barista simply places the wand in the pitcher of cold milk and when it reaches the desired (programmed) temperature the steam automatically turns off, leading to a consistent drink, regardless of the skill-level of the barista.
And the EasyCream Steam Wand can be programmed with 2 completely different settings (e.g. one setting could create foamier milk at a lower temperature and the other a creamier & hotter milk), and is activated by pressing up or down on the Electronic Steam Control.
